Bruce Davis B BUS, MBA, GAICD
Bruce has over 20 years’ senior management experience in blue chip multinationals such as Coca-Cola, McDonalds and Ernst & Young throughout the Australia, Asia and the USA. He holds an MBA from Melbourne University and graduated from the distinguished senior leadership programmes from Coca Cola and McDonalds during this time. He was also an award winner of WA Business News 40 under 40 in its inaugural year in 2002, age 32. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and sits on the Boards of both not for profit and for profits.
At age 37, he was appointed group managing director of a diversified multinational company involved in retail, gaming software development, debit cards and manufacturing. He has been a Board Member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) in Western Australia since 2007 and was Chairman of the West Australian Board in 2010/11. He is Chairman of YPO Australia/New Zealand for 2013-2015. Bruce founded InGlobo Private Equity in January 2008 and has four portfolio companies which included eight (8) mergers/acquistions during this time.
Bruce holds the following offices: Chairman Integrated Industrial Mining Supplies 2008-2012 (currently Deputy Chairman), Past Deputy Chairman of Quick Corporate Australia (up to Dec 2013), Past Deputy Chairman of Salmark Promotions (up to Dec 2013), Non Executive Director & Chairman Audit & Risk Management Committee Bethanie Group Inc., Chairman Young Presidents Organisation WA 2010/11 & Chairman Young Presidents Organisation, Australia/New Zealand 2013-2015.

This group constitutes a number of sophisticated investors who are/have been CEO/Managing Directors of public and private companies. This group of individuals are also investors in the InGlobo private companies fund and have extensive fund management experience.
