Disciplined Investment Management

InGlobo seeks to secure between 51% to 70% of each investment in the first instance and to apply the disciplines of a publicly listed environment to private business’. On occasion InGlobo will take a minority interest or 100% ownership depending on each situation.

InGlobo then serves as non-executive directors backing the management teams with vision, innovation and aggressive growth targets.

The remaining founder/owner of each investment is typically appointed Managing Director and either retains some equity or a newly appointed Managing Director is required to purchase a substantial equity share, in order to manage an investment on behalf of InGlobo.

Exit plans/liquidity events are planned and reviewed periodically to prepare the business for a trade sale, management buy-out/in or an initial public offer.
